Physical activity among children and adolescents

For child health and youths develop up strong, it is significant that they are physically energetic and to eat healthy foods each day.
Children requirement to accept a healthy lifestyle from a fresh age to make best conducts that will preceding a life time. Physical action is helpful  any age and comforts kids:
·         reinforce their heart and lungs to preserve them healthy;
·         became more supple;
·         form strong bones;
·         keep a healthy weight;
·         decrease their threat of pain from some diseases and health problems;
·         increase their mood and self-esteem;
·         perform improved in school;
·         have a further confident body image.
We assume a "sedentary behavior" when it’s very physically energetic, such as when sitting at the computer, enjoying video games or viewing TV. Children and adolescents should salary minus time on these actions and more time on physical movement.
