It is quite natural to want to have some mechanism on the progression of chronic disease and a diet and eating habits are an area where each of us can easily exercise. 

Unfortunately, there is no dream diet that can cure arthritis or eliminate symptoms. Unproven diets and "miracle treatments" abound on the Internet and rumors persistently on certain foods that should banish all or, on the contrary, consume to excess. It is main to keep a cool head. Few of these theories have been scientifically examined and efficacy of none has been scientifically proven so far. 

Although no miracle Diet Plan has been exposed in the race against pain, scientists have still progress in their research on the role of nutrition and diet in the action of swelling. Today we have a better sympathetic of the links between pain diet, a healthy weight, protected function and inflammation. We are increasingly aware of the positive steps that each of us can take in the fight against arthritis and current good overall health.
